The proven bow thrusters, combined with Vetus’ revolutionary RIMDRIVE technology, result in the new BOW PRO bow thruster series. The result is quiet, fully proportional bow thrusters in various sizes with unlimited runtime. The only limitation is the size of the battery bank.
A true revolution! The BOW PRO bow thrusters feature innovative and unique brushless induction motors, require no maintenance, and operate at very low noise levels.
A groundbreaking feature of the BOW PRO series is that the bow thrusters can be controlled via a proprietary CANBUS protocol. The BOW PRO bow thrusters are available with two optional features: the fully proportional base model (BPPPA) and the fully proportional control panel with hold and lock function (BPPJA). The BOW PRO bow thrusters utilize the same underwater components and propellers as the proven VETUS bow thrusters.
